At TUĞBA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your TUĞBA account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack the Items

  Carefully place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
